Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Our products are shipped directly from our overseas fulfilment partners. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Malaysia: 7-15 business days
- Australia: 10-20 business days
- United States & Canada: 10-25 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your order.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3-7 business days for tracking information to become active.
Delays caused by customs, weather, or courier disruptions are outside our control. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
